On January 10, 2026, Hebei Huatong Cable Group Co., Ltd. held its "2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Outlook Meeting" in Chengdu. Group leaders, heads of various divisions and subsidiaries, and departmental managers gathered to review the past year's achievements and look forward to the development blueprint for the new year.

The meeting was chaired by Sun Huaxi from the Group's Human Resources Department, and attended by President Zhang Shujun, Executive Vice President Zhang Baolong, and the management team, totaling 80 people.



The meeting consisted of three parts:

At the meeting, the heads of the overseas company, oil and gas division, and cable division systematically reported on the completion of their respective 2025 work plans, identified existing problems and areas for improvement, and, based on industry trends and company strategy, proposed business plans and development goals for 2026. The reports were data-rich and clearly presented, demonstrating the professionalism and enterprising spirit of each divisional team.
2. Incentive Implementation: Equity Incentives, Uniting Efforts
To establish a medium- and long-term incentive mechanism, retain and attract core talent, and stimulate team enthusiasm, the meeting also included a signing ceremony for equity incentive-related documents. This initiative reflects the company's emphasis on the value of talent and will further promote the joint growth of employees and the company, and the sharing of development achievements.
3. Outlook for 2026: Clear Strategy, Ready to Go
The Group President summarized the company's overall operational performance. Based on an analysis of the current situation and an assessment of future opportunities, the meeting clarified the Group's overall development strategy and strategic priorities for 2026. The Group will adhere to innovation-driven development, deepen business collaboration, strengthen risk management, promote digital transformation, and comprehensively enhance its overall competitiveness to accumulate energy for higher-quality development.
