On January 16th, Counselor Zhou Quan of the Chinese Embassy in Panama visited Panama Cables&Engineering Co. Inc (which is Huatong Cable Group branch in Panama) to conduct an on-site investigation of the company's production and operation status and long-term plans. He also offered suggestions and requirements regarding the company's safety production, compliance with regulations, and employee welfare.
