2. Project Background and Challenges

-The customer is a domestic purchaser undertaking a project in Iraq.

-Project Name: EPCC SERVICES FOR OIL EXPORT PIPELINE FROM CPF TO ZUBAIDIYA POWER PLANT

This project requires medium voltage and low voltage cables complying with the IEC60502 standard, which are armored cables with complex structures, short delivery times, and some products have very short lengths of only a few hundred meters. Generally, manufacturers are reluctant to produce such products, and there are usually no inventories. Third - party testing is required, and each specification must pass the sample testing before shipment.



3. Solutions and Service Process
-Our company comprehensively considered the customer's orders, coordinated the delivery times of other orders, combined the production of specifications with relatively short lengths, adjusted the orders of other customers, and inserted production orders for this customer. We contacted third - party testing personnel in advance to ensure that the goods could be completed and inspected within the shortest delivery time.

-Full-process quality control: Conducted in accordance with the IEC60502 standard, from the procurement and allocation of raw materials such as conductors, insulation, sheaths, and armors to the testing of each production process. All arrangements were made in advance, and strict control was exercised over time and quality. Finally, the finished product testing and third-party testing were completed simultaneously.

-Through precise production scheduling and cross-departmental collaboration, we ensured that each batch of cables was traceable from the time the raw materials were warehoused to the time the finished products left the factory. For short-length specifications, flexible process adjustments were adopted to avoid material waste. The third-party test reports were delivered simultaneously with the factory documents, enabling the customer to use the products immediately upon receipt without waiting.

4. Final Delivery Results
The finished low voltage and medium voltage cables were delivered on schedule, in full quantity, and with guaranteed quality. All batches passed the third-party testing, and complete test reports, TUV certifications, as well as timely after - sales delivery and technical support were provided.

5. Customer Feedback
The trial installation of the product quality was very successful. The short-quantity specifications were also delivered on time. The customer's overall project was completed on schedule, and the end-customer was very satisfied, expressing the intention to continue cooperation next time.
